Description

The Husqvarna TS 348XD is the heavy-duty end of the riding lawn mower range, specified for owners maintaining large properties who want the cut quality of a fabricated deck without stepping up to a zero-turn. The 48-inch ClearCut fabricated deck uses a baffle system that generates enough airflow to lift grass blades before cutting, which keeps the finish even whether the machine is discharging, bagging or mulching. Underneath, a heavy-duty steel frame and cast-iron front axle carry the load, and a Tuff Torq hydrostatic transmission with rear locking differential holds traction on damp grass and inclines. Power comes from a twin-cylinder Kawasaki FR Series engine with an oil filter and a 4-gallon fuel tank, giving long uninterrupted run time. The operator station includes an 18-inch high-back vinyl seat with armrests, a soft-grip steering wheel, cruise control, LED headlights and a digital hour meter with pre-programmed service intervals. A brush-guard style front bumper is fitted as standard.
